Health care leaders’ perspectives on the business impact of mobile health clinics

In this study, the Mobile Health Map researchers explored how leaders in the U.S. health care system view mobile health programs and their contribution to organization’s strategic priorities. Through interviews with 25 health care leaders, the researchers concluded that mobile clinics not only improve people’s health but also support the financial and strategic goals of health care organizations. The findings led to a framework showing how mobile health programs can align with an organization’s broader goals, including financial stability and advancing health equity. This research highlights the value of mobile clinics in advancing both health outcomes and business objectives, offering a roadmap for their integration into health care strategies.
